Return policy

We offer a buying on approval return policy for all our retail customers that shop within Sweden. Returns of items purchased online are governed by the rules in the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act(2005:59). Read more about this in the link to Swedish Consumer Agency(Swedish: Konsumentverket) below. Beyond these policies we also offer a 14 day buying on approval return policy. For all returns the items must have been paid for in full at delivery and the customer must provide assistance with filling out all applicable return documents and must make sure that return shipping is possible with our shipping system. The items shall be returned in it’s unopened original packaging within 14 days after delivery. Special order items that are generally not carried by Sofa Bed Expert can generally not be returned but each return case is decided on a case by case basis because we feel that you as a customer should be satisfied and safe with your purchase.
