All workplaces with several employees are required by law to have a resting place for their employees.

This is what the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s regulations say:

107 § At workplaces, there must be or be easy to arrange a suitable resting place for temporary rest, at e.g. nausea or headache. However, this does not apply where only a few workers are employed at the same time. In larger workplaces, the rest area must generally be housed in a designated rest room.
