How is the status of my order updated?
Your order status is updated when it is confirmed by the factory and usually when it is shipped from the factory, or when it arrives in our warehouse. So if it is an order item, it may take a long time before the status of your order is updated. We or the shipping company always contact you and arrange delivery time with you before we send out the product.
