The cabinet frame has a wood veneer that has been painted white giving it a bit of a natural wood finish. The wall bed is available in two different sizes. The wall bed is made of MDF. It has a quality bed insert from Italian Lampolet that is recommended by Lampolet for every night use.

The mattress comes equipped by default with a 14 cm thick bonnell spring mattress. You can also select a pocket spring mattress instead. The bed is of high quality with a solid steel frame and wood slats that supports the body if its going to be used for sleep every night.

The wall bed and the bed insert are recommend for every night use by Lampolet who makes the bed insert and by Hovden who makes the cabinet. The wall bed is on wheels and can be rotated so it faces the room when it is folded out. The sofa bed style bed insert used in Bed in Box means that you do not need to fasten Bed in Box to a wall unlike most other wall bed models.
